When it comes to losing those paunchy tummies or flabby arms and thighs, there is certianly no quick fix formula.

There is a little booster which can help you reach your target waistline faster: tea.

 

1. Green Tea

On top of boosting your metabolism, green tea can help fight signs of aging. It is loaded with powerful antioxidants such as epigallocatechin gallate (ECCG) and flavonoids, which reduces the formation of free radicals in your body.

Oolong tea, which means “Black Dragon Tea”, is a traditional Chinese tea with many healing properties. There are numerous different styles of oolong tea, giving it a wide variety of flavours. But some of the most famous oolong teas are produced in Fujian province of China and the central mountains of Taiwan.
