- 1 cup of curry leaves
- 1 bag of chips
- 100g of butter
- 8 salted eggs

Step 1: wash 1 cup of curry leaves
Step 2: fry the leaves on low heat for about half a minute to dry them
Step 3: melt the butter
Step 4: mix the salted duck eggs in
Step 5: throw in the chips & stir-fry till every chip is coated
A plate of fragrant salted egg chips!
